Senior Project Manager

Salary: £70,000 per annum + £5,000 Car Allowance + 20% Bonus

Remote Working (with occasional overnight stays)

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to lead and manage large-scale retail projects. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced project manager with a background in handling projects ranging from £50k to £100k. The role involves working closely with a team of 7-8 people, including 2 junior team members, and is critical in overseeing the successful delivery of projects while also contributing to future business development through tendering.

Key Responsibilities for a Senior Project Manager:

* Lead and manage retail projects, typically ranging from £50k to £100k in value.

* Oversee a team of 7-8 members, including mentoring and guiding 2 junior team members.

* Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

* Manage all aspects of project delivery, from planning and execution to closeout.

* Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders.

* Prepare and submit tenders for future works, contributing to business growth.

* Monitor project progress, manage risks, and implement necessary adjustments to ensure successful outcomes.

* Occasionally travel for on-site inspections and meetings, with overnight stays as required.

Experience required for a Senior Project Manager:

* Experience: Proven experience managing projects in the £50k-£100k range, ideally within the retail sector.

* Skills: Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously.

* Tendering Experience: Experience in preparing and submitting tenders for new projects.

* Attributes: Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

* Flexibility: Willingness to travel and stay overnight when required.
