Absolute Solar & Wind Ltd, a leading renewable energy company, is seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis in the UK.

As a key member of the team, the successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing a portfolio of projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

  • Project Leadership: Lead and manage project resources, including project managers, engineers, and technicians, to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and effectively.
  • Project Management: Develop and implement project management methodologies, ensuring projects are well-planned, executed, and controlled.
  • Health and Safety: Manage project health and safety, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
  • Financial Management: Ensure project financials are managed effectively, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
  • Team Development: Coach and mentor project engineers and project managers, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
  • Operational Support: Work with operations support to ensure projects are well-managed and activity support is prioritized.
  • Material and Equipment Management: Manage project materials and equipment, ensuring they are procured, stored, and utilized effectively.

Requirements:

  • Education: Degree qualified in Electrical or Civil Engineering.
  • Experience: Proven experience in project management, with a strong track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Qualifications: Project Management methodology experience and/or professional qualification, such as PRINCE2 or Agile.
  • Other: Full UK driving license with own transport essential. Life assurance and flexible benefits package available.
