We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to lead and manage large-scale retail projects. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced project manager with a background in handling projects ranging from 50k to 100k. The role involves working closely with a team of 7-8 people, including 2 junior team members, and is critical in overseeing the successful delivery of projects while also contributing to future business development through tendering.

Key Responsibilities for a Senior Project Manager:
- Lead and manage retail projects, typically ranging from 50k to 100k in value.
- Oversee a team of 7-8 members, including mentoring and guiding 2 junior team members.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Manage all aspects of project delivery, from planning and execution to closeout.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders.
- Prepare and submit tenders for future works, contributing to business growth.
- Monitor project progress, manage risks, and implement necessary adjustments to ensure successful outcomes.
- Occasionally travel for on-site inspections and meetings, with overnight stays as required.
Experience required for a Senior Project Manager:
- Experience: Proven experience managing projects in the 50k- 100k range, ideally within the retail sector.
- Skills: Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously.
- Tendering Experience: Experience in preparing and submitting tenders for new projects.
- Attributes: Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility: Willingness to travel and stay overnight when required.
