CK Group are recruiting for a Sales Manager to join a company who is a supplier of Clean Air Solutions used in the Pharma and Biotech industry in a Hybrid role, on a permanent basis in the South of England. Your territory would be Oxford, Cambridge and London.

As a Sales Manager, your role will focus on:

Working on the successful generation of new leads and sales, as well as maintaining current client relationships.
Leading, supporting, coaching and managing your sales team in the field.
Handling tender processes, including compiling required documentation and collaborating with Principals and contractors to offer optimal technical and commercial solutions.
Additional responsibilities:

Following up on sales leads with customers, providing accurate technical and commercial responses to inquiries.
Developing and executing a targeted business development strategy for both new and existing customers, including cross-selling opportunities within the customer base.
To succeed in this role, you will need to come from a proven sales background with experience of Sales of Clean Air Solutions.  

Demonstrate the ability to sell through identifying consensual needs and providing appropriate solutions, particularly within the pharmaceutical and biotechnology sectors.
Exhibit the capacity to quickly grasp and adapt to new process technologies.
