The Client:

The Role:

As a Senior Practitioner / Room Leader, you will lead and supervise the staff, ensuring that all duties are performed efficiently and to a high standard.

Responsibilities:

Maintain a safe and secure environment, valuing each child as an individual.
Provide educational, stimulating, and fun learning activities.
Work in partnership with parents / carers, delivering high levels of customer care.
Assist in managing care rooms and the nursery, ensuring adherence to Policies & Procedures, EYFS, and statutory guidelines.

Requirements:

Previously worked as a Nursery Practitioner or in a similar role.
Possess a minimum of Level 3 in Childcare or an equivalent qualification.
Prior experience in a formal childcare setting or desire to progress with formal Childcare qualifications.
Knowledge of EYFS and OFSTED standards.
Familiarity with equal opportunities principles.
Excellent communication, organisational, and people management skills.
