I am looking for a Labour Administrator/HR Administrator to join a team in Warrington. This role involves managing employment applications and ensuring accurate payroll processing.
Key Responsibilities:
Employment Applications & References:
* Process all employment applications
* Obtain a minimum of 3 references (where practicable) from previous employers to ensure only suitably skilled personnel are offered employment.
* Enter all employment applications, references obtained, and site employee assessment details into the labour database.
New Employee Documentation:
* Ensure all new employees receive a Contract of Employment and Personnel Policies and Procedures
Labour Database & Reports:
* Regularly update the Labour Board.
* Produce and distribute Monthly Labour Reports to relevant personnel.
Communication & Industrial Relations:
* Respond appropriately to incoming telephone calls, e-mails, and other correspondence in the Labour Manager’s absence.
Time Sheet Processing:
* Understand, interpret, and assist with the processing of Weekly Time Sheets to ensure all Hourly Paid Site Personnel are paid accurately and on time.
Team Support:
* Provide appropriate support to other members of the Administration Team during holiday absences, illness, etc.
Qualifications:
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Familiarity with HR practices and payroll processing.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite
