This role is based in our Warrington head office and is offered at 40 hours a week over 5 days.

The office operates 09:00am-17:00pm Monday -Friday.

You will ideally have

  • Experience in working in a fastpaced HR environment,
  • Recruitment knowledge
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong work ethic and passion for people
  • Proven admin and organisation skills
  • High levels of accuracy
  • Ability to work on own initiative and identify areas for improvement
  • Ability to work to deadlines
  • High attention to detail
  • Flexible attitude and a team player
  • Experienced user in Microsoft Office programmes including Teams, Excel and Word.
  • CIPD Level 3 desirable but not essential
  • Knowledge and experience desirable in working in a care home setting and CQC regulations

Responsibilities:

  • Daily HR and recruitment tasks
  • Completing right to work and compliance checks for all employees
  • Accurate filing and consistent maintenance of the central filing system
  • Ad hoc administration tasks
  • Ensuring all new employees complete the recruitment processes in line with current right to work and CQC legislation
  • Assisting with the probationary process for all new recruits including organising the 1, 3 & 6month reviews
  • Keeping all our electronic employee files up to date
  • Managing all leavers administration, including the return of equipment and exit interviews (where needed)
  • Ensuring that all employees are completing their mandatory elearning and logging all learning on our electronic HR system
  • Providing administrative support to other areas of the company as and when needed.
  • Supporting HR Manager with daily tasks and acting as HR representative to company in absence of HR Manager where needed
  • Other duties as required

From £11.00 per hour
