Our Company:

C&D Family Care is a domiciliary care agency in Warrington, Cheshire. We provide personal care and support to people living in their own homes.

Our goal is to deliver the highest standard of care and support for our clients to be able to live independently at home for as long as possible.

The core duties for this role are mainly recruitment and administrative.

  • Creating job descriptions and advertising vacancies using online job boards and social media
  • Obtaining references for each new starter
  • Performing ID and right to work checks; ensuring all new starters have all relevant ID and right to work on file
  • Inputting new starters and data to the HRMS
  • Managing online training for new starters and current staff
  • Conducting inductions for new starters
  • Continuous compliance of the HRMS and staff member files; auditing and ensuring all documentation and training is accurate and up to date
  • Refreshing and managing online training courses for existing staff members once expired
  • General HR administration including scanning, filing and archiving
  • Answering and filtering calls
  • Updating spreadsheets with relevant information
  • Managing all leavers administration including the return of uniforms and equipment and completing exit interviews where necessary
  • Providing administrative support to other areas of the Company when needed
  • Arranging, preparing and attending occasional recruitment days/evenings
  • Have the ability to occasionally work alone and prioritise workload
  • Be proactive and selfmotivated
  • Be highly organised and have excellent attention to detail
  • Be IT literate and confident using outlook, word and excel
  • Have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
