Position: Senior/Support Worker for Children with emotional & behavioural difficulties.
13-hour shifts (run from 8:00 – 23:00)
Rota is dependent on individual care plans/homes. 2 days on/ 2 days off, 3 days on/2 days off etc.
2 sleeps per week.

Job Description: As a Senior/Support Worker, you will play a vital role in the well-being and development of our young people. Your duties will include:
* One-on-One Support: Providing individualised care and support.
* Assistance with Daily Activities: Assisting children with daily tasks such as education, mealtimes, and recreational activities.
* Emotional Support: Offering empathy and a listening ear to help children build confidence and self-esteem.
* Collaboration: Working closely with other staff members, therapists, and families to create a holistic support system.
* Progress Tracking: Documenting and reporting on each child's progress and challenges.
Qualifications:
* Experience working with children, particularly with challenging behaviour.
* Compassion, patience, and a genuine desire to make a difference.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work as part of a team around the young people.
* Level 3 for Senior applicants.
