Avocet Recruitment is working alongside a highly regarded regional housing developer that require a Customer Service Coordinator to join their team in Taunton.
Key Responsibilities:
* Answering customer care telephone line
* Daily recording of all incoming and outgoing correspondence
* Documentation tasks such as archiving, scanning and filing
* Data entry and database upkeep
* Preparing of customer new home documentation boxes
* Supporting work coordinator and manager with all general administrative tasks as required
* More information about the day-to-day tasks will be explained during the interview and during the training period.
About you:
* Recent experience or a keen interest in working within an office environment within an administrative role
* Pleasant manner to be able to build good working relationships across the team and with customers and subcontractors
* Knowledge of Microsoft programmes, you will primarily be using Outlook, Word, Excel and company COINS system which training will be provided
