A small, friendly, provider of residential care for adults with learning disabilities are looking for a new Registered Manager in Wakefield, West Yorkshire.

As an experienced Registered Manager, you will have a passion for care, and making a real difference to people's lives. Your experience will include supervising teams, setting rotas and ensuring the people you support receive the best possible levels of care, and you will be able to evidence good CQC reports.

There is a stable, motivated staff team in place, and also a supportive and management team.

You might be an experienced Registered Manager looking to make a difference in a new setting.

You will have knowledge of CQC, KLOE and Local Authority Safeguarding procedures and you will hold a professional qualification at NVQ level 5 or equivalent or be already working towards this accreditation.

This will be highly rewarding, you will be making a real difference to the adults you are supporting who are living with complex care needs and learning disabilities. Your efforts will ensure they have as much independence as possible.
