Key Responsibilities:

Leading and managing the HR department, ensuring the delivery of effective and compliant HR services
Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures in line with organisational goals
Overseeing recruitment processes, from job advertising to onboarding
Managing employee relations, providing guidance and support to staff
Conducting performance appraisals and maintaining employee records
Managing training and development programmes to support staff growth
Ensuring compliance with employment legislation and best practices
Collaborating with senior management to drive organisational change and development

Job Requirements:

Significant experience in HR management or a related field
Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment law
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to manage and lead a team effectively
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
HR-related degree or equivalent qualification is preferred
