Collaborating closely with you own portfolio of clients as well as the wider team. All for accurate, compliant and timely payment for their client base. You will be expected to undertake a variety of payroll, benefit, and administrative duties both independently and under supervision.
In this dynamic role, you'll manage a range of responsibilities, from overseeing onboarding processes for new clients and accurately process payroll data, to addressing payroll queries and ensuring compliance with regulations. If you thrive under tight deadlines, possess exceptional analytical skills, and value providing top-tier customer service, this role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our organisation's success and learn from a knowledgeable and professional team.
Key responsibilities as a Payroll Associate:
Methodically process client payrolls on a multi-frequency basis
Maintaining client payroll records by gathering, calculating and inputting data
Answering client queries
Contributing to the provision of excellent service to a diverse range of internal and external clients
Providing support to managers and partners
Reporting to managers and taking responsibility for completing tasks accurately and to a deadline
Processing auto-enrolment for clients as necessary
Preparing salaries for multiple payrolls
Statutory calculations and discussions
Monthly reconciliation of payroll costs
Preparation of auto-enrolment reports and files for uploading
