The Role:

Reporting directly to the Contracts Manager and Senior Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for the delivery and management of contracts valued at £2-4m. You will be accountable for the leadership and management of a team of up to 20 staff, including Engineers and sub-contractors.

This is a highly client facing role with approximately 3 days per week dedicated to visiting different sites, clients and stakeholders. The remainder of the week will be based at the head office.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

Lead, motivate, and develop a team of Engineers.
Visit sites and clients in the Greater London area.
Act proactively in the Maintenance Management team, driving improvement.
Cultivate positive client relationships and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
Analyse performance and lead employee development and succession planning.
Implement efficiency strategies, support new business, and provide coverage as needed.
Handle operational issues and resolutions among stakeholders.Key Requirements:

Background in M&E/Building Services, qualified to HNC or equivalent
NVQ 4 or above in Management & Leadership (Beneficial)
Comfortable costing and supervising reactive & small works projects
Proven track record in M&E Maintenance and P&L management.
Knowledge of contracts, statutory compliance, and health & safety.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.Benefits:
