Risk & Compliance Executive Responsibilities

Provide accurate and timely legal, regulatory, risk, and compliance advice.
Stay updated with regulatory changes, continuously improving firm-wide compliance.
Deliver and implement risk and compliance training programs, including annual compliance training.
Review, draft, and implement compliance policies and procedures, managing new regulatory processes.
Investigate and respond to complaints and breaches, maintaining compliance registers and reporting serious breaches.
Risk & Compliance Executive Skills & Experience Required

Experienced in risk and compliance ideally in professional negligence/indemnity litigation.
Strong understanding of AML regulations and SRA standards.
Proven ability to design and implement compliance policies, controls, and procedures.
Self-motivated with excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Well-organised, with strong prioritisation skills and attention to detail.
