What you'll be doing:

Out on the streets: You'll be the friendly face connecting with individuals experiencing homelessness, building trust and offering support.
Encouraging change: You'll work to motivate individuals to access safe, secure accommodation and build a better future.
Person-centred care: You'll be delivering tailored support to meet each individual's unique needs.
Early hours and late evenings: You'll be working flexible hours, including early mornings and late evenings, to reach those who need you most.
