We are looking for a passionate Outreach Worker who personally wants to make a difference in the lives of young people. As an Outreach Worker, you will help with many parts of the young person’s new independent living such as:

  • Setting up utility accounts
  • Budgeting, particularly to ensure that fuel charges are paid
  • Health and well-being support
  • Helping to develop social networks
  • Guidance with accessing community facilities such as leisure and education
  • Confidence building
The successful candidate must have;
  • NVQ Level 3 in Children and Young People
  • Experience working with Young People
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
