Here at Hospo we are seeking a skilled and motivated CCTV Service Engineer to join our client's dynamic team. As a CCTV Service Engineer, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of CCTV systems, ensuring optimal performance and reliability for our clients. This role demands technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and a customer-focused approach.

Responsibilities:

* Install, configure, and commission CCTV systems at various sites, ensuring compliance with industry standards and client requirements.

* Conduct routine maintenance and servicing of CCTV systems to ensure optimal functionality and performance.

* Diagnose and repair faults in CCTV systems, including hardware, software, and network-related issues.

* Perform system upgrades and enhancements to improve system efficiency and reliability.

* Provide technical support and training to clients on the operation and maintenance of their CCTV systems.

* Maintain accurate records of work performed, including service reports, maintenance logs, and inventory management.

* Collaborate with the sales team to provide technical expertise and support for project proposals and client inquiries.

* Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices to ensure high-quality service delivery.

Requirements:

* Proven experience as a CCTV Service Engineer or similar role, with a strong background in the installation, maintenance, and repair of CCTV systems.

* In-depth knowledge of CCTV systems, including IP and analogue cameras, DVRs/NVRs, networking, and related technologies.

* Familiarity with security and surveillance industry standards and regulations.

* Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and team members.

* Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and priorities.

* Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to client sites as required.
