Hays Recruitment are recruiting an experienced Change Manager to join a growing organisation in the Leeds area on a 12-month FTC basis during a period of large scale change and transformation.

Your new role
As a Change Manager, you'll be at the heart of embedding new and improved ways of working in the organisation. You'll help employees embrace and effectively adopt the changes being delivered and ensure successful delivery and operationalisation. In this dynamic role, you'll be involved in diverse changes and collaborate with various stakeholders.

Key areas of the role include:

Change Strategy and Planning:

Develop and implement change management strategies and plans.
Deploy change management tools and frameworks to support successful change delivery.
Maximise employee adoption and usage of required changes.
Anticipate and address resistance from employees and stakeholders impacted by the changes.Communication:

Design, develop, deliver, and manage of key communications about change.Keep everyone informed about the "why," "what," and "how" of the changes.

Impact Assessment:

Conduct impact analyses to understand how changes affect different parts of the organisation.
Assess change readiness and identify key stakeholders.Training Facilitation:

Provide input and document training requirements.
Support the design and delivery of training programs to equip employees with the necessary skills.Integration with Projects and Programmes:

Collaborate with project and programme managers and wider change leadership teams.
Integrate change management activities seamlessly into project plans.

What you'll need to succeed

Previous experience in change management or related fields. Ideally a change management qualification.
Familiarity with structured change management methodologies.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
The ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Flexibility to navigate complex organisational dynamics.
Experience of change management within the financial sector would be beneficial.
