Job Title: Change Management Director

TalentHawk is seeking a highly skilled Change Management Director to join our team. As a key member of our operations department, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and coordinating all activities related to Change of Tenancy (COT) across our commercial, sales, and operations departments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Change of Tenancy Management: Lead and coordinate all aspects of the COT process, ensuring smooth transitions for incoming and outgoing tenants. This involves verifying tenancy changes, updating records, managing COT pricing, and ensuring compliance with regulatory obligations.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all COT activities comply with relevant regulations and guidelines set by industry bodies. Stay updated on regulatory changes and implement necessary adjustments to processes and procedures.
  • Cross-Departmental Coordination: Act as the primary liaison between the commercial, sales, and operations departments to ensure a coordinated approach to COT processes.
  • Data Management and Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all COT activities. Generate reports for senior management, highlighting key metrics, trends, and areas for improvement.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, external partners, and key stakeholders to support effective COT management.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in operations management, preferably within the energy sector, with a focus on change of tenancy processes.
  • Strong knowledge of the regulatory environment governing the energy sector, including Ofgem, Elexon, Xoserve, and the Retail Energy Code (REC).
  • Proficiency in data management systems and the Microsoft Office Suite.
