Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and coordinate all aspects of the COT process, ensuring smooth transitions for incoming and outgoing tenants.
  • Verify tenancy changes, update records, manage COT pricing, and ensure compliance with regulatory obligations.
  • Ensure all COT activities comply with relevant regulations and guidelines set by industry bodies.
  • Stay updated on regulatory changes and implement necessary adjustments to processes and procedures.
  • Act as the primary liaison between the commercial, sales, and operations departments to ensure a coordinated approach to COT processes.
  • Generate reports for senior management, highlighting key metrics, trends, and areas for improvement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, external partners, and key stakeholders to support effective COT management.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in operations management, preferably within the energy sector, with a focus on change of tenancy processes.
  • Strong knowledge of the regulatory environment governing the energy sector, including Ofgem, Elexon, Xoserve, and the Retail Energy Code (REC).
  • Proficiency in data management systems and the Microsoft Office Suite.
