Change Management Director

TalentHawk is seeking a highly skilled Change Management Director to oversee and coordinate all activities related to Change of Tenancy (COT) across our commercial, sales, and operations departments.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and coordinate all aspects of the COT process, ensuring smooth transitions for incoming and outgoing tenants.
- Ensure all COT activities comply with relevant regulations and guidelines set by industry bodies.
- Act as the primary liaison between the commercial, sales, and operations departments to ensure a coordinated approach to COT processes.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all COT activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, external partners, and key stakeholders to support effective COT management.
- Proven experience in operations management, preferably within the energy sector, with a focus on change of tenancy processes.
- Strong knowledge of the regulatory environment governing the energy sector, including Ofgem, Elexon, Xoserve, and the Retail Energy Code (REC).
- Proficiency in data management systems and the Microsoft Office Suite.
