Are you a highly organized individual looking for a new challenge? Are you experienced in property management and keen to join a successful team?

If so, then this role as a Temporary Property Administrator may be the perfect fit for you.

The successful candidate will be part of a dynamic and forward-thinking team in Bourne and will work for a renowned and respected employer. This is an exciting opportunity to help support the company’s property management division on a short-term basis.

The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, and the ability to think on their feet. The role requires excellent communication skills, the capability to work independently and the capacity to handle a high volume of work.

The successful candidate will be required to:

Carry out general administrative duties to help the property management team
To help clear paperwork and upload onto CRM system
Taking calls, emails and post
Update and maintain the property management database
Organise and manage paperwork, including filing and archiving

The successful candidate should have:

• Strong administrative and organisational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team
• An eye for detail
• The ability to handle a high volume of work
