Are you a highly organized individual looking for a new challenge? Are you experienced in property management and keen to join a successful team?
If so, then this role as a Temporary Property Administrator may be the perfect fit for you.
The successful candidate will be part of a dynamic and forward-thinking team in Bourne and will work for a renowned and respected employer. This is an exciting opportunity to help support the companyâs property management division on a short-term basis.
The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, and the ability to think on their feet. The role requires excellent communication skills, the capability to work independently and the capacity to handle a high volume of work.
The successful candidate will be required to:
- Carry out general administrative duties to help the property management team
- To help clear paperwork and upload onto CRM system
- Taking calls, emails and post
- Update and maintain the property management database
- Organise and manage paperwork, including filing and archiving
The successful candidate should have:
⢠Strong administrative and organisational skills
⢠Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
⢠The ability to work independently and as part of a team
⢠An eye for detail
⢠The ability to handle a high volume of work
