Job Title: Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst
Location: Ipswich, Suffolk.
Salary / Benefits £24k - £42k + Training + Benefits

Future Select specialise in recruitment within the Asbestos industry, and we currently have a professional and industry leading Asbestos Consultancy who are now seeking to take on a qualified and diligent Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst. You will be working on Local Authority, Commercial, Domestic, High Security, and Healthcare sites, undertaking the full range of surveying and analytical duties, in line with HSG 264 / HSG 248 guidelines. Experience & Qualifications:
" Holding industry relevant qualifications is essential to the role e.g., BOHS P402, P403, P404 or RSPH equivalent qualification.
" Will have recent experience carrying out surveying and analytical services for a UKAS accredited Asbestos Consultancy.
" Fully conversant in HSG 264 / HSG 248 guidelines.
" Confident in using TEAMS / TRACKER systems.
" Excellent communication / time management skills.

The Role:
" Management, refurbishment, and demolition surveys.
" Carrying out 4 stage clearances.
" Leak, smoke, re-occupation, background, and personal air testing.
" Carrying out onsite audits in line with client needs.
" Carrying out re-inspection surveys upon completion of work.
" Providing clients with certificates of re-occupation.
" Ensuring work is carried out in line with HSG 264 / HSG 248 guidelines.
" Using industry relevant systems (TEAMS / TRACKER) to produce detailed reports.
