Requirements:
• Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant Qualification (or equivalent)
• Experience working as a Learning Support Assistant or Teaching Assistant, preferably within a KS2 setting.
• Experience working with children with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) is highly desirable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively support students and collaborate with staff.
• Ability to foster a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment.
• Commitment to personal and professional development, with a willingness to learn and adapt.
• A proactive approach and the ability to use initiative to support learning and development.
