Straight forward are working on behalf of a company rated Outstanding by CQC, who are looking for support workers to work within their two supported living homes in Attleborough and Wymondham.

This is a great opportunity for someone to join a company who values there staff, and ensure they are creating a positive home environment for the service users.

The ideal candidate will have experience working within a health and social care role, and ideally working with adults with Learning Disability.

Due to the type of service (female only), and the locations of the homes, the candidates must be female and have a full driving licence.

The working hours of this role are on a flexible rotating rota, with a mix of Early, Late and Sleep in shifts.

Your key responsibilities for this role will include - 

Assess the needs of the service users and amend their plans as needed
Support with Budgeting
Support with shopping and domestic tasks
Take part in group meetings when required
Support in taking the service users out in the community for days out/ appointments
