Our client, a leading charity is currently looking for a Grants Administrator to join their team in London on a 3-month temporary basis. This is a hybrid position, working 2 days a week in the office and 3 days from home.

As a Grants Administrator, you will be the first point of contact in the team supporting all Grants related telephone calls and emails.

Key Responsibilities

Responding promptly to telephone and email enquiries regarding grant applications
Providing administrative assistance to the Grants team, including maintaining accurate records, scheduling meetings, and coordinating communication with stakeholders
Collaborating with colleagues to identify and address emergency or time-critical situations, ensuring timely and appropriate responses
Assisting in maintaining comprehensive case and financial records, both digitally and in paper formatRequirements

Previous experience in grant administration within the nonprofit sector is highly desirable
Strong organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and database management
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
