Do you have?

* Possessing or being willing to complete a relevant Health & Social Care qualification.

* Professional background in recreational and social activities, including working with both individuals and groups of people.

* Working experience with elderly, who may also have dementia and have a range of needs and abilities.

* Previous experience collaborating with volunteers, relatives, families, and other community members.

* Understanding of the challenges related to the physical and mental health of older individuals.
