Pay: £13.50 per hour and 45p mileage

We are looking to recruit passionate and dedicated home carers to come and support our growing home care business, Homelium. We’re looking for individuals who have a passionate and caring nature, looking to work for a company where everything you do has the potential to touch lives

***We operate a refer a friend scheme in this area worth £250 if they are successful and complete probation***

***Successful candidates must be subject to a minimum average of 30 hours worked per week with the availability to do alternate weekends.***

Role Responsibilities

* Assisting with personal care and daily living activities such as serving meals and feeding, dressing, moving and handling, general assistance with comfort etc.

* Helping update tailored care plans to suit individual clients needs

* Help support a small team of carers

* Supporting with administering medication

* Supporting with on-call duties on a rota basis

* Helping training new members of staff in the Homelium way

Skills and Experience

* You must have a driving licence and access to your own vehicle

* All applicants must have the right to work in the UK

* Must have experience as a senior carer

* Have a passion and genuine desire to provide excellent care… Quality care is a must

* You will have strong communication and organizational skills

* You will be reliable and punctual, trustworthy and honest

* Be willing to undergo a Disclosure and Barring Service check
