A new opportunity is now available working for a group of companies at their office based in Northallerton. The successful applicant will join as a Payroll Assistant on a full time basis and will be adding to an exisiting small finance team.
Reporting to the Finance Manager your duties will include:
* Processing weekly and month payroll for circa 50 staff
* Processing starters, leavers, deductions and all other payroll transactions
* Maintaining payroll and employee records
* Utlising payroll and HR systems
* Dealing with payroll queries
* Adhoc accounts and payroll
Ideally you will:
* Have recent experience in a payroll position
* Work with a high level of accuracy and in a timely manner
* Have good attention to detail and a meticulous approach
* Be confident using payroll or HR systems
