Payroll Coordinator

**Job Outline**:
Ø End-to-end in-house payroll processing, Year-end processes
Ø Administration of benefit in kind schemes
Ø Auto enrolment pension scheme administration
Ø Finance function, working closely with HR
Ø Co-ordinate weekly overtime/agency working process
Ø Contact point for queries internal and external
Ø Support with internal and external audits
Ø Internal and external reporting
**Knowledge & Experience**:
Ø Knowledge/ability to operate business’ financial systems.
Ø Must have previous experience of processing in-house payroll.
Ø Good knowledge of all Microsoft Office Programmes especially Excel.
Ø Strong IT skills - especially intermediate excel knowledge.
Ø Can operate within the relevant financial guidelines and legislation and understand risk to the business of non-compliance.

Ø Trustworthy and confident, with ethical principles and the ability to demonstrate discretion as appropriate.

Ø Excellent communication skills to develop good working relationships with both internal and external points of contact.
Ø Analytical and accurate
This is an onsite role, you will be required to work in the office alongside the Finance Team Monday - Friday 08:30 - 17:00.
