Requirements:

* Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
* High level of problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.

Qualifications:
* At least 2 years of experience in Customer Service Aftersales enviroment.
* Maths and English GCSEs at grade C
