Assist the International COO in the assessment and formulation of the organisation's operational strategy.
Inform and lead the delivery of operational projects, including those related to the company's growth targets and M&A activities.
Support the design and implementation of an international target operating model in collaboration with stakeholders.
Evaluate and propose operational projects that enhance work processes and working environments.
Analyse and recommend improvements to business practises, processes, and governance.
Prepare internal and external presentations, contributing to the organisation's thought leadership.
Manage the performance of direct reports, ensuring clear objectives, regular performance reviews, and feedback.
Provide leadership, management, and development opportunities to direct reports, fostering their skills and competencies.Experience:
Experience working with international businesses is desirable.
Experience in the Insurance industry is advantageous.
CII qualifications are desirable but not essential.
Proven ability to engage and influence stakeholders across various business areas.
Track record of involvement in continuous improvement projects.
Willingness to travel internationally is essential.
Working knowledge of international regulatory frameworks or the FCA regulatory environment.
