Position Overview:

They are seeking an established Delivery Manager with ideally at least 4 years of experience in a similar position. As an Agile Delivery Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the successful and timely delivery of software products while fostering a culture of collaboration, agility, and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate is passionate about technology, has a strong background in agile delivery, and possesses excellent leadership and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

* Assisting in prioritizing the backlog, which involves comprehending priorities and the requirements to support Product Owners and Business Analysts in their roles.

* Addressing impediments hindering the team's progress, whether they are technical, process-related, or access-related, whatever the specific issue may be.

* Serving as the bridge between other Scrum teams, ensuring that dependencies are coordinated and handled, often participating in Scrum of Scrums.

* Cultivating a culture of ongoing improvement within your immediate team and across broader program engagements.

* Employing T-shirt estimation for assessing new requirements and integrating them into the broader delivery plan to gauge their impact.

* Monitoring team performance, including comparing forecasts to actual velocity, and conveying this information to senior stakeholders.

* Tracking release burnup charts, metrics related to defect management, and similar data, then communicating these insights to senior stakeholders.

* Maintaining awareness of resource management by identifying skill or capability gaps within the team and bringing them to the attention of the delivery lead.

* Maintaining a high-level understanding of budget, scope, and timelines, collaborating with the delivery lead to manage and communicate these aspects to senior stakeholders.

Required Experience & Qualifications:

* Must be degree educated within an IT or Business-related field

* Proven experience as an Agile Delivery Manager or similar role

* In-depth knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and their application in a project environment

* Strong leadership and team-building skills

* Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
