In the role of Product Owner, you will play a vital role in shaping our digital initiatives, translating strategic goals into actionable tasks. Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Value Stream Owner and Product Managers to understand and prioritize digital initiatives, translating them into a detailed product backlog.
  • Prioritize user stories and backlog items, ensuring clear communication with development teams.
  • Act as a liaison between development teams and stakeholders, facilitating discussions and fostering collaboration.
  • Monitor project progress and adjust the product backlog as necessary to adapt to changing requirements.
  • Engage in agile ceremonies to ensure alignment and promote continuous improvement.
  • Work with the Delivery Management team to align product deliveries with strategic objectives.
  • Partner with UX/UI designers and technical teams to ensure user-centric product features.
  • Conduct research to inform product decisions and maintain competitive relevance.
  • Measure product performance and gather feedback to guide future development cycles.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards throughout product development.
  • Promote an Agile mindset within the organization.

Key Requirements:

  • Experience as a Product Owner or similar role in an agile environment, preferably in healthcare.
  • Strong understanding of agile methodologies and the ability to manage a product backlog effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
  • Analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
  • Familiarity with healthcare standards and the digital healthcare landscape.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Certification in Agile methodologies.
  • Experience with user-centric design principles.
  • Proficiency in agile tools.
  • Experience with Objectives and Key Results (OKRs).
