* Be the first point of contact for customers making requests or enquiries through a variety of channels

* Adhere to the policy and process

* Present an empathic approach to supporting customers

* Have a good understanding of the needs of customers

* Have a focus on delivering a suitable outcome for customer enquiries with rapid resolutions and service escalations

* Provide suitable signposting where required

* Take responsibility for ensuring that all enquiries are resolved with follow up activities being tracked and customers informed of progress

Experience/Qualifications:

* Excellent knowledge with Microsoft packages

* Excellent customer service skills

* Prior Housing experience is ideal
