DURATION - 1 YEAR
O'Neill & Brennan are working with a reputable contractor who are in urgent need for a Document Controller to join one of their sites in Didcot on a 1 year contract. The project is due for completion in September 2025, however depending on your performance and attitude to work, you may be placed on another project local to Didcot and continue with the contract.
Please note with this role you will be required to be site based full time. Remote / hybrid working is not optional.
Key Responsibilities
* Quality assurance checks
* Report errors found on submission to relevant stakeholders
* Monitor ongoing discrepancies and ensure timely close out to lessen impact allocated review period
* Distribution of information submitted
* File all drawings in folders and electronically
* Daily, weekly, monthly EDMS project reporting
To be considered for the role, you must have experience working in the role of a Document Controller and have used 4 Projects.
