Hamilton Woods Associates are currently recruiting for a Neighbourhood Assistant to deliver all key administrative duties for lettings, tenancy management and rents.

Responsibilities of the Neighbourhood Assistant:

Complete pre-termination interviews after receiving notice
Provide administration support to the community co-ordinators to enable them to carry out lettings interviews, viewings and sign-ups
Manage and maintain parking permit issuing processes for customers
Update and amend any tenancy details including household members and name changes
Monitor the rents inbox
Manage and monitor the garage rent accounts
Set up payment methods
Monitor KPI'sEssential Experience of the Neighbourhood Assistant:
