About Us: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Residential Support Worker to join our team. If you`re passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of Children and Young People, we encourage you to apply.
Role Overview:
Provide high-quality care and support to individuals with various needs, including behavioural support, mental health, non-verbal communication, and learning difficulties.
Assist with personal care tasks (bathing, dressing, toileting) while promoting independence and dignity.
Support clients in daily activities, including meal preparation, medication management, and household chores.
Develop and maintain positive relationships with service users, families, and other professionals.
Maintain accurate and confidential records of care provided.Requirements:
Previous experience in a similar role is essential.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Empathy, patience, and a compassionate nature.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Basic IT skills (touchscreen devices, computers).
Valid driver`s license and access to a reliable vehicle.
Up-to-date medication, moving, and manual handling training.
