About the role:

Are you a dedicated and resilient Teaching Assistant with a specialism in managing challenging behaviours? We are seeking an experienced SEN TA to join our vibrant primary school in Barnet. Your role will be pivotal in supporting students with challenging behaviours, ensuring they receive the tailored education they deserve.

Application Requirements:

• Proven experience with SEN students, specifically those with challenging behaviours.
• Strong understanding of behaviour management techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience, empathy, and resilience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist teachers in managing classroom behaviour.
• Provide one-on-one support to students with challenging behaviours.
• Implement behaviour management strategies.
• Foster a safe and supportive learning environment.
