Description
As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will:
Business partner with the Hiring Managers and Directors of PageGroup to understand our organisational needs and jointly support hiring objectives and company growth.
Be the main point of contact for all internal needs and be experts in Talent Acquisition.
Educate the business where necessary on interview processes and best practices
Lead and support on ongoing strategy to find specialists, leaders and future hires for the business
Proactively attract, assess, and secure high-calibre candidates (from graduate up to experienced hires) to join PageGroup
Travel to our various UK offices
Profile
The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist will be able to demonstrate:
Internal Recruitment or Agency recruitment experience
A track record in hiring sales professionals and/or recruiters.
Experience working with high volume vacancies.
Have a track record in senior stakeholder engagement
