Assistant Merchandiser Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Assistant Merchandiser to join our dynamic team at Success Talent. As a key member of our Merchandising team, you will play a crucial role in driving profitability and supporting our growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Forecast sales and stock levels to meet sales targets and profit goals
  • Monitor departmental performance to identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and manage a Merchandise Assortment Analysis (MAA)
  • Manage the Weekly Sales and Stock Inventory (WSSI)
  • Support the trade plan
  • Set allocation parameters to ensure optimal stock distribution across stores
  • Collaborate with warehouses to ensure product availability

The successful candidate will have proven merchandising experience within a home or fashion retail environment, with expertise in planning weekly sales, stock, and intake. You should be confident in managing your own categories and actively participating in trade meetings.

Requirements:
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent computer proficiency
  • Chinese / Mandarin speaking would be an advantage but not essential
