In this role, you will have the chance to showcase your upbeat attitude while providing excellent customer care. To excel in this position, you should possess a confident and polite telephone manner, high work ethic, and a willingness to go the extra mile for customers. Strong IT skills are essential for navigating the system efficiently, while exceptional customer care skills will help you provide the best possible service to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Answer incoming calls and provide assistance to customers
Process orders accurately and efficiently
Update customer account details in the database
Manage new customer accounts
Despatch orders promptly
Assist with invoicing and pricing enquiries
Respond to emails in a timely manner
Complete filing and scanning tasks
Undertake additional administrative duties as requiredSkills Required:

High work ethic, excelling in a fast-paced environment
