Our client is looking  to appoint a Customer Advisor to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual that has previous Customer Service or Sales experience.

Key Role Responsibilities

Answering phonecalls
Bookings – email, walk ins
Service History
Email queries from service inbox
Guest list
Pre calls
Owning customer waiting areas upstairs & downstairs - hosting

Provide an easy and enjoyable client (customer) experience (internal and external), each and every time.
Champion and maintain a culture of client service excellence; ensuring that the expectations and requirements of the department’s clients are delivered upon.
Ensure business practices are in place that make your area an “easy one to do business with”.

Liaise with all internal and external clients and candidates in a timely and professional manner.
Coordinate effectively as part of the Front of House Team and wider business network
