We are seeking a skilled HR and OD Business Partner to join a Local Authority to provide expert human resources and organisational development support.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary HR contact, providing advice and guidance to managers and employees.
Support managers in disciplinary investigations, hearings, sickness meetings, performance reviews, and other procedures.
Liaise with County HR services for escalated cases, ensuring comprehensive support and resolution.
Assist in developing and improving HR processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.Skills and Experience:

CIPD Level 7 qualification.
Up-to-date knowledge of employment legislation and best HR practices.
Recent experience in an HR generalist or similar role, offering proactive, solutions-focused advice.
Proven track record of developing and improving HR processes.
Experience in job evaluation and related HR functions.
