We are seeking a skilled Administrator to join our clients team in managing the daily operations of their office. The ideal candidate will be organised, detail-oriented, and proficient in various administrative tasks whilst being comfortable in numerical data entry.
Responsibilities
- Perform general office duties including clerical tasks and data entry
- Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism and courtesy
- Manage office supplies and equipment inventory
- Assist in maintaining accurate records using QuickBooks
- Computerise documents and files for efficient record-keeping
- Support staff with administrative tasks as needed
Experience
The successful candidate should possess:
- Proven experience in an administrative role
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to type accurately and efficiently with numbers
- Competency in data entry and maintaining databases
Working hours are 8:00am until 4:30pm Monday to Friday.
This is a temporary to permanent contract and salary will be reviewed.
