Package: 
£40k basic salary plus commission

Location:
Knutsford, Cheshire

Hours:
09:00 - 17:00 Monday to Friday three weeks out of four with one in four weeks working a late shift (12:00-20:00).

You will also participate on the pre-need weekend rota, which will include working a Saturday (09:00 - 17:00) one week in every three weeks in return for a day of in-lieu, the following week.

A specialised company in Direct Cremation funeral plans and services is seeking to expand its Outbound Sales team to support future growth. Since 2015, the company has experienced rapid growth and is now looking to recruit a Sales Manager to manage a new sales division of 8 team members in Knutsford.

Our client is one of the UK's leading independent providers of direct cremations, they have extensive experience in funeral service and over 7 years' experience with direct cremations.

Responsibilities:

The Sales Manager plays a vital role in driving sales performance, motivating the team, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Knutsford sales team.
• Ensure all calls comply with the Company's procedures and FCA regulations.
• Drive growth and achieve sales targets by effectively managing the team, while assessing and leveraging individual strengths and addressing areas for improvement.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with Sales Executives.
• Manage the sales team to ensure optimal performance, with each team member expected to achieve a minimum of 2 sales per day.
• Provide guidance, support, and training to enhance individual and team performance, fostering a positive and competitive environment.

Required Experience:

• 3-4 years minimum experience of managing a target driven sales team
• Experience within a B2C setting (Business to Consumer)
• Experience of being able to motivate, train and develop junior sales staff.
