The successful candidate will have:

A minimum of 3 months UK care experience as a senior

The Key Responsibilities of the job role:

Administering medication
Leading a shift
Directing a team of staff with the daily routine
Provide one-to-one support and supervision to individuals.
Aid all services users in need of assistance
Promoting independency to residents with day-to-day decisions (clothing, bathing etc)
Work collaboratively with other staff members and professionals.
Maintain accurate records and documentation of interventions and outcomes
Provide emotional support and practical assistance to individuals to help them achieve their goals and aspirations
Work closely in a holistic approach to care
Attending social outings when required - cinema, appointments etc
