We are looking for a dedicated Site Operations Leader to assist the General Manager in overseeing our Wheelchair Services contract. The successful candidate will possess a proven history in service delivery and team leadership, with a commitment to enhancing outcomes for service users.

Key Responsibilities

Performance Oversight - Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure operational excellence.

Team Leadership - Oversee the current team to maintain high performance levels. Manage attendance, including sickness and holidays, to ensure uninterrupted service delivery.

Safety Compliance - Ensure that all NRS Healthcare staff adhere to safety protocols in all operational tasks.

Deputy Support - Act as the second-in-command to the General Manager, representing them in meetings and discussions with both external stakeholders and internal teams.

Issue Resolution and Continuous Enhancement - Make informed decisions to swiftly address challenges and pursue ongoing improvements in both routine operations and specific projects.

Client Engagement - Serve as the primary point of contact for any operational complaints or issues.

Detail Orientation - Exhibit a strong focus on detail, ensuring adherence to processes and effective resolution of service inquiries, including escalations.

Qualifications

Team Development - Experience in coaching, mentoring, and developing team members.

Operational Expertise - Proven experience in managing site operations effectively.

Staff Planning - Experience in workforce planning and staff development.

Organizational Skills - Demonstrated ability in planning and organizing tasks efficiently.

Technical Proficiency - High level of proficiency in IT, including Microsoft Office, SAP, and other relevant software.

Communication Skills - Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.

Regulatory Knowledge - Strong understanding of health and safety regulations, employment law, and company policies.
